Biography

Edmund holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of London and completed his pupillage at an established law firm. As a pupil, he was involved in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including insurance litigation involving personal injury and motor claims; tortuous matters and contractual disputes. He also gained experience in conducting trials independently at the lower courts. Edmund was then admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2021.

Thereafter, Edmund joined the Firm with his primary focus being on civil litigation and conveyancing matters. He is currently assisting the partners of the firm in general litigation matters in relation to contractual disputes, construction and building disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and tortuous claims as well as private laws such as probate and administration and petition for divorce.

Edmund also handles conveyancing matters such as sale and purchase transactions, perfection of charge, and discharge of charge.
